Thank you for visiting my web site. As many of you know, the Honorable Judge James Murphy and the Honorable Judge Michael Donohue will be retiring from Spokane County Superior Court after many years of distinguished service in January 2003. It will then be up to Governor Gary Locke, after consultation with local attorneys, judicial officers and private citizens to fill these most important judicial vacancies.

As a life-long citizen of Spokane, I care deeply about our community and have worked hard to help people in all walks of life through my law practice, as a Pro Tem Superior Court Commissioner and as President Elect of the Spokane County Bar Association.

As a Spokane County Superior Court Judge, I will treat all parties before the Court with absolute respect and dignity and will carry on the tradition I have established in my legal career of complete integrity and professionalism.
